SHE  DID  IT  IN  DARWIN  !!!
Episode Two ----  concerning  the
travels  of  our  car!

Since  we  bogged  her  on  the  Mungo,   our  car won't
      let  us  forget -
She  threw  a  tantrum  up  in  Darwin  just  because  the
      road  got  wet!
Right  in  busy  Mitchell  Street,   across  a  car  park
      lane
Jibbed  and  sat  in  silence  and  refused  to  start
      again.
Rain  poured  down  in  buckets  full,   a 'lady' driver
      gave  an  earful
Hubby  swore  beneath  his  breath,   hard  pressed in
      staying  cheerful.
Thoroughly  embarrassed,  we  fought  swift  rising
      panic
Until  fortunately  rescued  by  a  young  local
      mechanic,
He  advised 'a  little  check  up', a  precaution,
      just  in  case
She  went  and 'spat  the  dummy'   in  some  far  out,
      outback  place.
Well,   our  wallet's  a  lot  lighter,   but  we  think
      she'll  be  O.K.
Tho'  we  dare  not  hurt  her  feelings,   or  offend
      her  any  way
'Cause  I  think  she  loved  the  fussing,   discussing
      her  last  'op.'
No - - -  we  didn't  see  that  much  of  Darwin - - -
      just  the  Auto  Fixit  Shop !!!!!
