MISSING  THE  LINK

We  don't  go  to  the  'Big  Smoke' much  ----  unless  we  can't  avoid  it,

    Not  many  people  'do  their  dough'  and  then  say  they  enjoyed  it,

Everything's  expensive  there,   hand  forever  in  your  wallet,

    And now  they've built  a  FREEway  ----  it's not free  --- they're  gonna

                                'toll'  it!



All  over  this  fair  State  of  ours,   Melway  on  their  laps

    Country  drivers  scratch  their  heads,   consulting  city  maps,

They don't take too much pleasure  watching hard  earned dollars  shrink,

    If  they  can  find  a  way  around  it,   they'll  dodge  that  City  Link.
